The proprietor of Collingrove Homestead, Christine Colson, has 20 years experience in the hospitality industry.

Custom menus designed to the taste of the guests ensure everything is perfect... what about a bottle of one of the fantastic local wines which have gained international recognition as some of the best in the world?

	Full cooked breakfasts, morning and afternoon teas, and of course special dinners are a highlight of any stay at Collingrove Homestead. Special diets can of course be catered to (please notify us when making your bookings), or how about a dinner evening planned around a menu of your choice.
	We are only too pleased to help with your choice of meals and wines. Served in the dining room, complete with open fires during cold weather, Collingrove's meals have earned a reputation as being second to none.
