Collingrove Homestead is living history. Constructed in 1856 by John Howard Angas, Collingrove became famous for breeding Merino and Lincoln sheep, Durham Cattle and Clydesdale Horses imported from England for the rugged country.

Relax and read a book A National Trust property preserved in its original splendour for the public, Collingrove now offers accommodation and dining facilities to guests and visitors alike.
With all rooms being furnished in genuine antiques and fittings, Collingrove has grown to become known as one of South Australia's premier accommodation houses.

Today, Collingrove offers some of the most exquisite dining available anywhere, with menus custom designed to the tastes of the visitor, and offering a selection from the huge wine collection held in the homestead cellars.
